At Blind Land, we only deliver products that meet our very high standards to guarantee that you are completely happy with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is our greatest priority so we take every precaution to make your blinds the best they can be. Therefore, should there be any defect in the components or construction of the blinds, we will repair or replace the defective element without charge, providing that the product has not been misused or subject to negligence. This is our guarantee.
Our 3 year guarantee consists of a standard 1 year manufacturer’s guarantee with a 2 year Blind Land extended guarantee on top of this. This means that we will replace any components that fail within 3 years of the order date.
Please note that our 2 year extended guarantee is only available to residential customers.
